Real estate advisory firm Cresa won a special award of Prime Property Prize 2019 during the gala of the ninth edition of Property Forum 2019, the biggest event on the commercial real estate market in Poland held by the PTWP Group, the publisher of PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl, and the organizer of the European Economic Congress.

The ninth edition of the contest awarded the best companies and projects that had the strongest influence on events on the commercial property market in the past year, and individuals whose spectacular achievements played a key role in driving the whole industry’s growth forward.

Cresa received a special award of Prime Property Prize and Editors of Property News in recognition of its outstanding achievements:

  • Cresa gained an established position in the competitive advisory services sector of the commercial real estate market in a short time.
  • Cresa consistently pursues a differentiated concept of real estate advisory services in Poland with a focus on sole-tenant representation.
