Real estate advisory firm Cresa won two awards – Best Office Tenant Transaction of the Year and Best International Investment Advisory & Real Estate Agency of the Year – during the CIJ Gala, which was organised by CIJ EUROPE and held at the Raffles Europejski Warsaw on 4 November 2021.
The CIJ Awards Poland is now in its 20th year. These awards recognise and celebrate projects, transactions, companies, as well as teams that have excelled over the previous year. Nominations are judged on a multidisciplinary basis.
The winners of the competition were selected in a two-stage voting process overseen by a jury comprised of 12 recognised experts from the real estate, investment, architectural and construction sectors. In the second stage, 1,200 votes were cast from CIJ EUROPE readers in an online ballot.
Cresa was named Best International Investment Advisory & Real Estate Agency of the Year in recognition of the following achievements:
- Representing Allegro in the lease of 26,000 sqm in Nowy Rynek in Poznań for Allegro’s head office.
- Representing TJX Europe (TK Maxx) in the acquisition of the largest distribution centre in continental Europe dedicated to supporting more than 200 stores in four countries – 61,135 sqm in Sulechów.
- Representing The Kellogg Company during the renegotiation and expansion of their lease for 28,000 sqm in Kutno.
- Representing Tiberina Group/U-Form in the lease of their first facility with an area of over 23,000 sqm in Poland, Upper Silesia.
- Representing Knauf Industries Polska during the renegotiation and expansion of their lease for 18,000 sqm in Lower Silesia.
