FERA, one of the best known pet stores in Poland, has renegotiated its warehouse lease agreement in Prologis Park Wrocław, where it occupies 4,600 sqm of warehouse and office space. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

FERA is one of the largest and most awarded online pet stores in the country. It continues to expand its product offer whilst relying on its warehouse and office facility located in Wrocław. The lease agreement at Prologis Park Wrocław covers 4,383 sqm of warehouse and 208 sqm of office space.

“Our client was well prepared to renegotiate the lease agreement. We have analyzed all spaces available near Wrocław and recommended remaining at the current place on favorable commercial conditions,” says Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department at Cresa Poland.

“In Prologis Park Wrocław we host not only the warehouse of FERA, but also the company's online returns center. Each lease extension is confirmation that our clients appreciate our wide range of services and partnership approach,” emphasizes Magdalena Kostjan, Senior Leasing Manager, Prologis.

Prologis Park Wrocław is a fully leased park with an area of over 170,000 sqm offering a number of innovative technical solutions that provide convenience, energy efficiency and care for the natural environment. It is located 10 kilometers from Wrocław-Strachowice International Airport and 15 kilometers from the centre of Wrocław, next to the Bielański Junction of the A4 motorway and roads connecting Wrocław with the capitals of countries bordering Poland.

“The landlord has a very strong position on the Wrocław market. The facility is well located, which greatly facilitates logistics operations. The landlord perfectly understands the needs of FERA and has offered partnership lease terms. This cooperation is based on mutual respect and understanding,” adds Jakub Kurek, Associate Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
