HRS, a global provider of hotel services, has extended its lease for 2,000 sqm of office space at Plac Unii in Warsaw. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa.

In addition to professional hotel sourcing and negotiations of corporate rates with hotels, HRS optimises paperless payments for hotel accommodation and conferences, and offers automated invoice processing. HRS occupies two floors (2,000 sqm) at Plac Unii, an office complex of three buildings constructed at Unii Lubelskiej Square in Warsaw in 2013. The property offers a total of 56,800 sqm of leasable space, including 41,300 sqm of Grade A+ office space and 15,500 sqm of retail space.
