KRUK S.A., a leader in debt management in Central Europe, has extended its lease for office space at the Lower Silesian Technology Park (T-Park). The tenant was represented during the negotiations by global real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

KRUK S.A. has grown in more than 20 years of its operations from a small company with about a dozen employees to an international financial group focusing on receivables management. The Group currently comprises several companies providing an integrated range of modern services tailored to the needs and expectations of its business partners and clients with debt issues.

The branch of KRUK S.A. in Szczawno-Zdrój is based at the Lower Silesian Technological Park. It has nearly 2,500 sqm of office space. The office is also home to KRUK’s Call Center. The owner of T-Park is Dolnośląska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. (DARR S.A.).

“Following many years of successful cooperation with the landlord, KRUK decided to renew its lease agreement. We are pleased to have been able to help with the renegotiations,” says Łukasz Dreger, Senior Associate, Office Department, Cresa Poland.
