Homeware retailer Maxfliz has completed the renegotiation of its lease in Prologis Park Wrocław III. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
Maxfliz owns seven brick-and-mortar stores in Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice and Wrocław, and also has an online store. It has been present on the Polish market for more than 25 years, offering homeware products of more than 300 leading European brands. Its strategy is underpinned by cooperation with multiple market players: individual customers, investors, architects, interior designers and construction companies. While focusing on its retail offer, Maxfliz is also committed to ensuring pre- and post-sale service, professional training, high-quality product display and availability. Its central warehouse is located in Skawina.

The Wrocław warehouse of Maxfliz measures 1,700 sqm. Prologis Park Wrocław III is one of the most modern distribution facilities in the city. Both its location (it is the only such facility in the immediate vicinity of the airport) and technologies make it very attractive to potential tenants. Large spaces around the buildings, round-the-clock security and indoor systems ensure maximum safety and user comfort.
