Sitel Group®, a customer experience company, will relocate its Warsaw head office to Marynarska Business Park, where it will take 4,000 sqm. To find an optimal office, the tenant once again decided to draw on the expertise of Cresa Poland.

Marynarska Business Park is a modern, award-winning office complex in Warsaw. It boasts a prime location in the immediate vicinity of a Fast Municipal Railway (SKM) station and enjoys easy access to the S79 expressway and International Chopin Airport. Refurbishment works are currently underway in its common areas to improve the working environment for tenants and will include an extension of F&B facilities and green areas around the buildings. The complex is owned by private equity funds managed by Pinebridge Benson Elliot LLP, whose local operational partner is Syrena Real Estate.
