XBS Logistics

We are delighted to assist XBS Logistics in the implementation of its long-term growth strategy.

The role of Cresa Poland was to represent XBS Logistics’ interests throughout the renegotiations of the lease of 10,000 sqm of warehouse, office and social space at P3 Błonie. We developed and secured alternative scenarios in line with agreed objectives covering location, technical parameters, human resources and rental costs.
We also represented XBS Logistics at signing a new 6,800 sqm lease at the Hillwood Błonie II logistics centre near Warsaw. We needed to thoroughly review possible scenarios to find new warehouse space that would be close to the firm’s main warehouse and would meet its requirements.
