XBS Logistics has renegotiated its 20,000 sqm lease of warehouse and office space at logistics centre Hillwood Błonie II near Warsaw. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
XBS Logistics is part of the XBS Group, offering an innovative approach to optimizing supply chain management and e-commerce solutions (fulfillment, dropshipping and cross border). The XBS Group has developed four professional business lines for its clients: XBS Supply offers supply chain management, XBS Finance provides services related to handling financial aspects of purchases and sales, XBS Services ensures support at points of sale, while XBS Logistics delivers comprehensive supply chain management services, including supplies, intralogistics and transport.

Hillwood Błonie II is a logistics centre in Błonie, 38 km from Warsaw’s city centre. It is located close to national road no. 92 and just 10 km from the A2 motorway. The park will provide more than 85,000 sqm of warehouse space once fully built out.
